A local delivery fee of $9.95 - $11.95 will be added to each local delivery order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, or for special delivery services, this fee may vary.) There is no charge for deliveries to local area funeral homes, and $8.95 to extended area funeral homes.
Cut-Off TimeU.S. orders must be received before 2:00PM EST to assure same day delivery. (For Fruit and/or Gourmet Baskets and special order items, this lead time will be extended) Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day. No deliveries on Sunday, except for funeral home orders received before closing time on Saturday. Earliest delivery time would be 10AM for overnight orders. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet. We will be happy to accept your international order if you call our shop directly.
Delivery TimesWe will do our best to accommodate delivery time requests – please state your requirements clearly in your order. For standard delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We do offer Special Delivery options that do provide guarantees and higher service levels. Call us at 1-888-873-7511 for a quote and to arrange for one of these options.
Leaving Product/Call BacksOur firm policy is that we do not leave perishable products (e.g. fresh flowers, fruit baskets, etc.) at homes where no one answers the door. In those cases, we will attempt to find a neighbor who will hold the item – tagging your door letting you know where you gift is. Barring a willing neighbor, we will tag the door requesting the resident call us for redelivery. You may request, in your order Special Instructions, that we “Leave on porch if no one is home”. However, we reserve the right to not do so, even if requested, based on the security of the area, and the prevailing weather conditions. Our policy is to follow up with all undelivered recipients the next morning via phone, and obtain redelivery instructions. In those cases where the customer gives us a “Leave at home” order, and we follow those instructions, the customer accepts all risk for any resulting damage to the product.
